To understand what is clearance arbitrage one must first understand what it is not. For example, when someone says they are a “Floor Trader” or a “Market Trader.” That does not mean anything. Floor traders and market traders may make the same money but are not floor traders or market traders by any definition of the word.

If you want to know how to find eBay auctions that have clearance prices, then you need to know what eBay is not. eBay is not a place where you can buy anything you want for any amount. It is also not a place where you can buy anything, sell anything, and make a profit by doing so. There are no liquidation sales, no surplus inventory, and no opportunity to become rich by purchasing cheap and selling dear.

So, what is eBay? eBay is an online marketplace where people purchase and sell merchandise. That’s right, you can buy, sell, and buy again – all on eBay. This marketplace is called eBay auction sales. The only way to profit from eBay is to buy the best products at the best prices, and then turn around and resell them for a profit.

And here’s the secret. There is an eBay auction business that I developed, called Amazon FBA clearance arbitrage. (The term, eBay is just a term used for short.) This business allows me to flip amazing treasures from around the world for a profit. And it’s a completely risk free way to do so. Because I’ve done all the work up front, I don’t need to worry about the overhead costs like inventory or shipping.

To get started with Amazon FBA clearance arbitrage, all you need to do is find one or more products in excellent condition and determine if it will make money in your hand. I typically target gently used items, because there are usually so many vintage jewelry, clothes, and toys that are destined to end up in the clearance bins of retail stores. If you find something that you think is a keeper, then by all means sell it. But, because I use Amazon to price my product, you must get it priced correctly. I use a scale that is very simple: one hundred dollars represents the lowest price that any product may be sold for anywhere, while two hundred represents the highest price that the item may be sold for.

Amazon provides a lot of tools for researching the value of items that you’re interested in flipping. I personally like the eBay “Best Deals” section, which displays recent listings for a particular product category. You can also take advantage of their marketplace research to locate the best deals. In addition to providing eBay Best Deals, you can also flip websites and blogs for additional insight. All the information you gather will be valuable when it comes to determining whether your product is profitable.

A final side hustle that I run on eBay is fba arbitrage. FBA arbitrage refers to hiring a freelancer to perform work on your behalf in order to sell your products. This means that you don’t have to invest the money to market your products, and you don’t have to worry about shipping costs. The eBay website claims that you can make money from selling either one or seven hundred dollars, but you really only need to make money from one buyer to make it worthwhile.

All in all, eBay is a great place to start your journey into online entrepreneurship. You can get rid of some of your product and then turn around and sell them on eBay for profit. If you combine this strategy with some of the other methods you’ll learn about here, you can make money consistently and without much effort.
